Users can log in to their user accounts using either the built-in Simana login or, where enabled by their organisation, Single Sign On (SSO).
Standard log-in
The built-in login utilises a username and password for each user. The username is always the users work email address.
Our built in log-in enforces a uniform password policy which requires a minimum of 9 alphanumeric characters with at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 special (@,£,%) and 1 number. Password complexity is not configurable when using the built-in login tool.
Single Sign On (SSO)
Customers who use an SSO provider can set up SSO-based login for their users. SAML 2.0, such as Okta, Microsoft Azure, or OneLogin.
